Access to and the use of this website and the products are subject to the following terms & conditions and any notices.  By using this website you are agreeing to all these terms & conditions and any notices.  Therefore, you acknowledge that the “Terms & Conditions” may be updated by us from time to time. 

Special Offers

Special offers are only valid where the related item is kept. In the event of any item returned for refund or exchange, the FREE gift in question must also be returned, otherwise the correct price for the gift will be charged at the regular price.

Next Day Delivery

The Next Day Delivery service applies to UK mainland residents only, when orders are placed before 2pm Monday – Thursday.  Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (Tuesday if Bank Holiday) for Tuesday depending on stock availability.   Orders are sent Via Royal Mail & DPD depending on the weight of the order. If for any reason you are hard to reach this service can be voided and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95, no matter how large or small your order, for those delivered within the Mainland UK (Scotland, England & Wales).  Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, IOW, IOM, Shetland Islands & Channel Islands are charged at £6.95.  Europe & USA charged at £17.95.

Delivery charges will always apply even if certain items have sold out.

Offer Codes

Free Delivery and any other offer codes are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any of our products then simply return them within 14 days for a full refund of the product price or an exchange (refunds do not include postage costs).  Simply follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed and send the item/s back in their original condition and packaging (including all the attached tags) to the stated address. 

Alternatively, you can return through our participating store, if you return the item via our store please take your receipt with you.  UNDERWEAR, SOCKS and SWIM SHORTS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ONCE DESPATCHED.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order please call 0845 680 1008 and our sales team will deal with your complaint as swiftly as possible.

Payments 

All major credit & debit cards are accepted excluding American Express.  All card details are checked by a third party and goods are dispatched once we have full authorization via Protx only.  Once you have ordered on-line and have had confirmation of order please bare in mind if the payment is not fully successfull your order will be cancelled and the money refunded.  Cheques should be made payable to “Big Fish Clothing (UK) Ltd” and posted to Big Fish Clothing, (Caprice), Guardian Centre, Drummond Street, Rotherham, S65 1DD.

Prices

Prices are those stated on the website, not in compliance with the “Big Fish” brochure or store.

Availabilty

All orders for products are subject to availability, if for any reason a particular item is either sold out or on order the amount charge will be adjusted accordingly and the order will be dispatched as normal.

Missing Items

Missing items must be notified within 24hrs of recieving the order in order for any action to be taken.

Misrepresentation

We have a right to refuse any order if an issue of misrepresentation occurs. This includes a mistake in price or the description of any goods.

Variation of Content 

The color quality may differ from each individual color setting of your screen which means there may be a slight variation.  Utmost effort has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colors are accurate as possible.  Therefore, Big Fish Clothing may amend or remove and content without notice to ensure accuratecy.
